The Stevia AgroCluster in Sinaloa shares photographs of the harvest obtained, which shows that the plant developed in the best conditions, thanks to the region's climate.
The harvest was abundant with very good yields, obtaining 22 tons per hectare of fresh biomass with 65% humidity. After drying the biomass and bringing it to 10% humidity, we obtained 5.3 tons of dry Stevia leaves. Managing to establish a new national record due to the results obtained.
After two years of testing, applying new methods, validations and results, we can tell you that we are ready to open it to all interested farmers. The opening will be gradual with a planned growth to always take care of the quality and efficiency of the crop costs, applying the Best Business Practices in Agriculture.
The following steps are oriented to obtain the FDA certification to export our extracts to the whole World, to achieve the cGMP certification of Good Manufacturing Practices and the UL Certificate of the Drying and Extraction Equipment for Stevia. We will soon meet these objectives that are defined in the AgroCluster Launch Roadmap and that are necessary for the Agro-industrial Development of the Stevia Sweetener.
At the Stevia AgroCluster we produce healthy food for your well-being and health.
